Warranty
Every Topple Tray comes with a 2 year warranty. If something goes wrong because of how it was made, I will put it right.
What is covered
The warranty covers faults in materials and manufacturing for 2 years from the date your tray is delivered. That includes the stainless steel tray, the folding handle and the pivot.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or marks from everyday use
- Wear to the neoprene mats over time
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or carrying more than the tray is designed for
- Repairs or changes made by anyone other than Single Handed
How to make a claim
- Email info@singlehandedproducts.com with your order number.
- Tell me what has happened and include a photo or short video of the problem.
- I will reply within a few working days and, if the fault is covered, repair or replace your tray. If neither is possible, I will refund you.
Please keep your order confirmation email, as it shows when you bought your tray.
Damaged on arrival
If your tray arrives damaged, email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the tray and the packaging, and I will sort out a replacement.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in the UK. It does not affect them in any way.
