Is your packaging recyclable?
Good to hear! Absolutely, all of our packaging is made from recycled and recyclable cardboard. We try to use as little plastic as possible too. A lot of thought and time has gone in to our packaging to minimise damage both to the products in transit and to the environment. Go Greta!
How long has the company been going for?
Single handed launched its first product in early 2020, the Tipsi Tray, after about 12 months of design work and planning.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I am looking for a refund. How do I go about this?
We'll give you a full refund as long as: It's been less than 28 days since you received your item You haven't damaged it It's in resalable condition e.g. tags still attached, packaging is unopened, item has not been stained or marked. You have proof of purchase, such as your receipt, e-receipt, delivery note, or your order confirmation email. You have the card you paid with. Your item is included in our returns policy. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are damaged or aren't returned in a saleable condition. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RA (return Authorisation) number.
I want to see your products in person. Do you sell in shops as well as online?
For the moment we are an online only retailer but plan to be stocked in major retailers soon.
