How to send something back
1. Drop us an email
Email info@singlehandedproducts.com within 30 days of your item arriving. Tell us your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. Get your returns number
We'll reply with a returns number and our address. Please wait for this before posting anything, so we can match your parcel to your order.
3. Pack it up
Send the item back in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
4. Get your refund
Once it reaches us and we've checked it over, we'll refund you to your original payment method.
Good to know
- The original delivery charge isn't refundable, and you pay the postage to send it back.
- We can't refund items that come back used or damaged.
- Pre-ordered a Topple Tray? Pre-orders are fully refundable, just email us.
Something faulty?
Every item is checked before it leaves us, but if something goes wrong you're covered by our 2 year guarantee. Email us with a photo and a quick description and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
